So in summary, there is nothing wrong with the older 2.0 like I suggest. All Dynavin multifunction systems are delivered with the iGO Primo navigation software. Unpack the archive to your device/sd and set up the parameters in the system to start igo, or do the changes you need in the unlock you use. On the SD card I have the two TTS files installed in the \iGO\Content\voice folder. Where normally the one installed in IG primo would show up there.

Just keep in mind that newer Primo is not always better, but is nothing more than a navmakers adaption to a specific device. In the Android setup under settings > Voice input and output > TTS settings Install voice data is blanked out. There are other ways that are better in my opinion (skin + audio file gives details about the cam) Yes, it announces speed cams, but only in a general way ('speedcam ahead' so what speed? also red light?.
